The Ernest Foundation is a community‑based charity dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing, and resilience of underserved communities across London. Since 2006, we have worked to empower individuals and families facing poverty, social isolation, health inequalities, and limited access to services.
We support vulnerable groups including older adults, individuals with long‑term conditions, people experiencing mental health challenges, and culturally diverse communities. We break down barriers by creating inclusive spaces where people feel heard, respected, and empowered.
